We are delighted to announce Sydney Dance Company and Bangarra Dance Theatre located at the Walsh Bay Arts Precinct, Sydney as the host venues for our highly anticipated RAD 2024 Conference, Dancing into the Future: Practices, Insights & Innovations.

Set to take place from January 19-21, 2024, the conference promises an extraordinary experience for dance professionals, educators, and dance enthusiasts alike.

Sydney Dance Company's venue will offer participants a dynamic space to engage in insightful discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities throughout the event. As our official venue partner, Sydney Dance Company will also be the location for the opening cocktail event on 19 January.

Bangarra Dance Theatre, renowned for its powerful and evocative Indigenous storytelling through dance, will provide spectacular views of the harbour and beyond, and serve as a backdrop for thought-provoking presentations that inspire attendees to explore new horizons in their dance journey.

Getting Here

Sydney Dance Company and Bangarra Dance Theatre are within walking distance to Circular Quay, The Rocks and Barangaroo via stunning foreshore walking paths.

Circular Quay and Wynyard train stations are a 15-minute walk.

 

Barangaroo Point Car Park, Barangaroo Reserve Car Park, and Bond One Car Park are all within 5 minutes walking distance.

Water Taxis can drop passengers near the venue at Piers 2, 6 and 9.
